5+ years of experience in developing training on large SAP
5+ implementation projects (experience with SAP Finance Modules required),
RWD U-Perform exp.  Must have experience with all aspects of training including audience assessment, learning requirements analysis, storyboard creation, development of training delivery plans.  Financial Services & Banking Industry Experience.  Capable of building SAP module storyboards for content creation by COE developers.
Knowledge/Skills:

Must have extensive knowledge of training strategies and other organizational change management practices that are used to enable effective change. Must have extensive knowledge about training trends and tools available in the industry.

At least 2 years of experience as an SAP Test Lead and  5 years of testing experience and SAP experience must be in Finance Modules, HR is Desired (We will not consider applicants without strong Finance experience). Strong knowledge and experience in Test Plans and Cases and  full life cycle testing knowledge. Strong knowledge of SAP Functional areas (ie FICO, SRM, HCM)
Role:

• Define risk-based approach for testing,  Develop test cases / scenarios, Create Traceability matrix
• Oversee the day-to-day manual testing activities of the test team, Report results / outcomes of testing and escalate issues as required
• Experiences with SAP, in a cross function role of functional analysis and testing is a MUST
• Expert level experiences with HP testing tools: Quality Center and QuickTest Professional
• Experiences working with offshore facilities and a minimum 2 year's experiences of leading a team of 3+ members
• Must have SAP technical domain such as financial and HR management
